PROVENANCE DRINKS
Wine
Made up of national and international styles, our wine selection heavily represents our local area in North East Victoria, particularly the wines of the Beechworth region. These producers include:
Virago
Beer
Focusing on craft beer from around the world, Australia and of course Bridge Road Brewers, our local craft beer brewery based in Beechworth.
Nihonshu (sake)
Our food has Japanese influences and the flavours meld well with the national drink of Japan. We try to represent the several different styles of Sake from light, refreshing and dry to aged Sakes, with their earthy mushroom aromas.
Fortified Wine
Our fortified wines reflect the winemaking history of Rutherglen with its world famous Muscats and Tokays.
Whisk(e)ys
We have an extensive whisky selection, specialising in Japanese whiskies.
The list is continually changing and evolving and we are happy to email you a current copy.
